[IOCA] IOCA patch

Hi IOCA

Several people are eligible to receive IOCA patches this year.  We've  
changed the rules slightly- so if you've been to 3 IOCA events during  
your studies you are eligible.  More info can be found below and at  
http://ioca.org/patch/.

Also if you're looking for more trips to help get a patch new trips  
will be posted on the IOCA webpage, and feel free to e-mail/submit  
more trips.  :)
