[IOCA] Spring Conference?

Hey IOCA,

I need to find a school to host IOCA Spring Conference this year  
(April 23-25) ASAP.  I have been checking around and I haven't found  
any true takers yet, and if a school doesn't volunteer then spring  
conference won't happen.  This would be very sad.

Can your club organize Spring Conference?  Don Wade from NCC also  
suggested few places: Cardigan, Macedonia Brook Campground, near Kent  
Conn (western CT), etc. There is also someone from NCC who would be  
willing to help co-organize it.

I can fill volunteer(s) clubs in about the details, but it's fairly  
easy and is just requires some e-mailing.  What would need to be  
organised is the location, Saturday dinner and a contra dance (we have  
bands we can recommend).  It's really not too much.
