[IOCA] IOCA/MHOC Winter Fun!

Join Mount Holyoke Outing Club for the annual Winter Fun IOCA weekend! 
We'll be gathering this year for the weekend of March 8 & 9 (with an 
option to arrive early on Friday evening for an extra night at the 
cabin.) MHOC will host the event as per usual at our club cabin in 
Skinner State Park, where a lovely hike accross the Seven Sisters is 
just a step off the porch, as well as on the Mount Holyoke College 
campus itself, for feasting and frolicking! Expect good fun!

   *Fri-* Early arrivals greeted at Mead common room by 7pm and shuttled 
to our MHOC cabin in Skinner State Park, where you are welcome to make 
dinner preparations and socialize - but remember, it'll be an early 
morning!

   *Sat-* Regular arrivals greeted at Mead common room around 9am, ready 
to shuttle to the cabin and a hike by 10. The hike will be somewhat 
strenuous, along the Seven Sisters in Skinner State Park for lunch at 
the summit of Skinner Mountain, and back again (with an option to 
shuttle back from the summit.) In the meantime, those who don't wish to 
hike can enjoy socialization, games, and activities on the beautiful 
Mount Holyoke Campus! We'll meet up again for a great spaghetti dinner, 
then it's off to contra dancing with the rest of the Mount Holyoke 
community to a live band! We'll return to the cabin after, where we'll 
enjoy s'mores and an evening of IOCA goodness!

   *Sun-* An oatmeal breakfast and a lunch to bring along as we pack and 
tidy up before returning to MHC campus for the second annual Winter Fun 
Relay Race! Clubs and teams compete with each other for supremacy in an 
assortment of unusual outdoor skills! Winter Fun '08 will conclude by 1pm.

The IOCA cost for the weekend is $20 total, or $25 if arriving on 
Friday. In order for us to plan accordingly, we ask for clubs to please 
reserve places in advance, and send all payments in postmarked by the 
2nd. (At-the-door fees are $30.) We also have a limited number of 
sleeping bags and pads available for rent, to cut down on packing bulk 
for our guests - first-call, first serve!
