[IOCA] IOCA e-mail forwarding reminder

Dear Outing Club leaders,

Just a friendly reminder to please forward IOCA e-mails to your members.
Some clubs have their membership lists subscribed to the IOCA mailing list,
so their members get all our emails directly.  But most clubs have only
their leaders subscribed to the IOCA mailing list, so the e-mails are NOT
received directly by club members.  So please, forward the e-mails to your
members, as you see fit, of course.  Thanks!

Also, if you are no longer a club leader at your school please remind the
current leaders sign up to receive IOCA e-mails on this page:
