[IOCA] Spring Conference - Apr.13-15 - Sign Up Now! (& other trips!)

Hello IOCA Clubs and Members,

 

Spring Conference is coming up in just 2 weeks!!!  It's time to get your
group together and sign up!  Here are the details:

IOCA's annual Spring Conference is being hosted by the SUNY New Paltz Outing
Club <http://www.newpaltz.edu/outing/>  at the Ashokan Field Campus
<http://www.ashokanfieldcampus.org>  in Olivebridge, NY on Friday April 13
through Sunday April 15, 2007.  

Spring conference is a great time for all. It is a time for members from
outing clubs all over the Northeast to get together and spend time with
nature. You will get to see a lot of new as well as old faces while
exploring new places. If you have never been to Spring Conference before,
you don't know what you are missing out on. It is going to be a fun weekend
for everyone. Invite all your friends to come!!!

Available activities will include: 

*	Hiking in the Catskills and other areas 
*	Biking in Mohonk Reserve 
*	Climbing in Mohonk Reserve 
*	Square Dancing Saturday Night 
*	Smores around the campfire 
*	BBQ for all Saturday night 
*	Small ropes course 
*	Canoe or Kayak on a lake next to the campsite 
*	Caving in Albany 

Cost: $30 in advance if money received by 4/9; $35 after that and at the
door

There are 200 spots available and we are hoping to fill them all. Outing
clubs are encouraged to organize and signup as a group, though individuals
are also welcome. Contact Brian Sudran to sign up or with any questions

Remember that Spring Conference is when IOCA elects its new leadership for
the year.  If you or anyone from your club is interested in helping IOCA in
it's efforts to coordinate among schools around the country, be sure to
attend.  If you have any questions about positions with IOCA, contact the
